Lara Logan

 Lara Logan, born 29 March 1971 was a South African radio and television journalist and war reporter. She was a CBS News correspondent from 2002 until 2018.60 Minutes executive producer Jeff Fager described her factually incorrect, politcally biased story in 2012 Benghazi as "the most regrettable mistake I've made in the last 10 years."
