Krystal Marie Ball

 Krystal Marie Ball (born November 24 in 1981) is an American political commentator. Her past roles included being an presidential candidate as well as hosting a television show on MSNBC. She's also often a contributor to The Huffington Post, a frequent contributor to The Huffington Post, and co-host of The Hill's Rising with Saagar Ejeti. Enjeti and Ball made it clear that they would quit the show in May 2021 to begin Breaking Points, a new independent project with Krystal and Saagar. Ball hosts alongside Kyle Kulinski on the podcast Krystal Kyle & Friends. She has also appeared as a guest on networks such as CNN, CNBC, Fox News and programs including Real Time with Bill Maher. In 2020, Ball is married to Jonathan Dariyanani. Ball says that she has a greater interest in politics to being the mother of 2008's primary elections. In addition, she viewed the US election results while living in Jordan. She witnessed how it affected the people in that country and developed an appreciation for US political influence across the globe. She was a Senior Fellow of the New Leaders Council. Ball was the Democratic Party's candidate for Congress in Virginia’s 1st district in the year 2010. She lost to Rob Wittman, the Republican incumbent. From June 2012 until July 2015, she was host of The Cycle, an MSNBC show The Cycle. In May of 2017, she launched the People's House Project, a political action committee that works on behalf of Democratic causes.
